Bring on the birds

I had my flu shot today. I am now protected so bring on that Chinese avian flu. I never had a flu shot at the office before. Every year there is a sign-up sheet, but since I have a fear of needles, I never took the chance. I was afraid I would pass out. But this year I cowboyed up. Chris, Kip, and I marched up to personnel and did our department proud. It did not hurt a bit. I feel like a superr hero with my new found anti-bodies.
